the subject should make it obvious what to put here.

well guess i'll start it off. a very effective elemental build:
searing flame [elite]
glowing haze <-- energy management
fire atonement <-- energy management
steam <-- to apply blind when they're burning
rez signet
glyph of lesser energy

those are the bread and butter of a common, spammable, very damaging AOE skill bar. since searing flame cost 15 ener to cast if you're not careful your energy will deplete very quickly and leave you pretty much useless.
